Great place, great service! Friendly to tourists, but also a family of friends if you are local.

I thought this cigar lounge was good! I really enjoyed the flexibility of wandering around the humidor without being rushed. I also like how it's a casual atmosphere and not some stuck-up joint with snobby smokers. Their selection is decent but they are huge on Davidoff selections which is unique.
The manager was awesome. We had a nice conversation about jewelry/stones and crafts. He was welcoming without a doubt. They do have wifi and more seating at the back of the shop. I smoked a Cohiba Connecticut which is fairly new. It's a wrap from Ecuador . It has a smooth texture and has a light smoke. It's the perfect afternoon smoke.
If you're a cigar smoker like me, I recommend this shop. They have lots of seating and a good vibe to it. -

It is not easy to enjoy a cigar in Santa Barbara. There are few places you can partake in a cigar. This place is one of those places and is located right near the heart of all the activity.
They have a decent assortment to pick from. The prices are fair. They have a few comfortable chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the cigar. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
We will be back on our next weekend getaway to Santa Barbara. -

Huhhhhhhh...men. And it's not always women trying to seek acceptance or take over and overpower. Sometimes we just want to come together as humans and connect in whatever space we are in but some people seem not to have the capacity to just be. To just connect.
To get down to the review: the first time I came here, a young gentleman with glasses and a bubbly spirit helped me and walked me though the basics of cigars. I keep forgetting his name, but what I won't forget is how he made me feel WELCOMED and had an open mind and approach with everything considering I was a woman and this was my first time at a cigar shop. He openly encouraged me to try EVERYTHING eventually to see what I liked and didn't like and encouraged me to learn more. I am so grateful for him and I wish he worked everyday. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I had one of the best days ever trying something new and I won't forget it.
BUT MY SECOND VISIT WITH MY FRIEND WAS EXACTLY WHAT I FEARED ABOUT COMING TO MOSTLY MALE OCCUPIED SPACES. My second visit was with a guy who had something sexist and judgmental to say in every sentence. He compared my friend (also a girl) wanting a flavor infused cigar to wanting peach schnapps. Did he really say that? And every comment after was so patronizing. The very thing she was looking forward to was RUINED behind his passing judgment and I felt horrible and responsible bringing her to a place that I had hyped up as welcoming and patient with beginners. We left feeling humiliated.
Sometimes people just want to experience something new without your opinions and judgement...and the guy at the second visit ruined this moment of trying something new with my friend. I think all cigar shops should train employees to adjust for beginners. Don't make people feel small because they are new and KEEP YOUR JUDGMENT TO YOURSELF. -

Great prices. Moses was super friendly and his dog Nico was the cutest. I will be back next time I'm in Santa Barbara.
